- Open the employer guide for stages, eligibility and pay, then confirm the date on the employer’s own page.
- Use “Add to Google Calendar” to set a reminder for the closing day. Apply well before it: several schemes close early when roles fill.
Why some deadlines say “Not published”
Some employers recruit on a rolling basis and close when roles are full; others publish dates per office or per programme. We do not estimate. You can see which employers publish a closing date in the Graduate Scheme Transparency Index, and browse every scheme on the graduate scheme hub.

Which graduate scheme closes first?
Of the dates we have verified, NHS GMTS closes first on 28 October 2026, followed by J.P. Morgan’s London analyst programme on 1 November and the Civil Service Fast Stream on 5 November.
Do graduate schemes close before the stated deadline?
Some do. bp, for example, describes rolling assessment of applications, and several employers say they close once roles are filled. Apply early.
How often is this calendar updated?
We re-check dates weekly and show the last-checked date at the top of the table.
