The Vodafone graduate scheme is not open for applications today. As of 20 October 2026, Vodafone’s Group graduate page marks every stream as not currently open, and Vodafone’s Finance page says to check back for the 2027 programme openings. What is open is a “register your interest” form for the 2027 early careers programmes, which is the one thing you can do now. This guide covers what Vodafone publishes about 2027, the two separate UK recruitment tracks, the application stages, pay and what to do while you wait.

When does the Vodafone graduate scheme open?
Vodafone has not published the 2027 opening date. Its Finance page says “Applications closed. Check back for our 2027 programme openings”, and a Register Your Interest posting dated 9 October 2026 says it is for updates on application timelines. A third-party job board lists a 31 December 2026 deadline for that posting (Reported, Bright Network), but that is a deadline for registering interest, not for a programme application. Vodafone graduate programmes: Group and VodafoneThree
Vodafone says Vodafone Group and Vodafone UK “have separate early careers programmes”, so check which one a listing belongs to before you apply. Vodafone UK is now branded VodafoneThree and has its own careers site.
- Vodafone Group: streams across technology, data, finance, commercial and corporate functions, based in London Paddington and Newbury.
- VodafoneThree: the UK business runs Commercial and Technology Future Leader programmes. Its 2026 intake is closed and no 2027 intake is announced on its page.
Who can apply to the Vodafone graduate scheme?
Vodafone’s “what you need to apply” and FAQ sections load as collapsed panels, and we could not read the 2027 eligibility rules from them, so they are Not published in what we could verify. One older Vodafone corporate programmes page says: “You will need a 2:2 in any degree” for External Affairs, but we could not confirm that rule applies to every stream or to 2027. Vodafone’s Group application process page lists the stages below; detail on the assessment centre comes from an older graduates page and may change for 2027.
The VodafoneThree 2026 process on its VodafoneThree graduate programmes page is slightly different: an application and eligibility form, an online assessment of about 45 minutes (a three-question video interview, a personality questionnaire and a logical reasoning test), a telephone call with a recruiter, then an in-person assessment centre with feedback.

Vodafone publishes two salary figures. The Vodafone Finance graduate programme page says £32,000 plus a £1,000 sign-on bonus, with CIMA fees and training covered, 3 Spirit days, 5 charity days and up to 20 days working abroad. The VodafoneThree graduate programmes page says £35,000 plus a £1,000 welcome bonus, 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and hybrid working. Both pages are undated and may describe the 2026 cycle, so treat them as the latest published figures, not confirmed 2027 pay. We found no Glassdoor, Gradcracker or Prospects salary page for Vodafone graduates, so there is no third-party figure to compare.
How Vodafone compares with other UK graduate schemes
Vodafone is closed while most large employers are still taking applications, so it is a “prepare now, apply later” scheme.
