BT Graduate Scheme Salary and Eligibility
The Software Engineering track pays a starting salary of £35,500, with the two-year rotation designed to take you from graduate hire to a permanent engineering role inside BT Group. To apply, you’ll need a 2:2 or above in a technology-related degree — Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data-focused subjects, or similar — plus full UK Right to Work for the entire duration of the scheme. BT is explicit that it cannot sponsor a student or graduate visa for either track, so if you’ll need sponsorship at any point during the programme, you won’t be eligible to apply.
