The EY Graduate Scheme runs through EY’s Strengths Framework, evaluating candidates on their individual strengths rather than just academic results — EY removed minimum UCAS points and degree classification requirements back in 2016. How to Apply for EY Graduate Scheme

1. Application Form — create an account, choose your programme and location; you can only apply to one EY programme within a 3-6 month window depending on the programme.
2. Online Assessments — rank-order, written and recorded video answers, plus a time-recorded Numerical Reasoning Test where relevant to your programme.
3. EY Experience Day — an in-person (or virtual, for Summer Internships) assessment event with group activities and exercises, webcam required.
4. Final Interview — a conversation with a senior team member about your strengths and motivation for the role.
