American Express’s UK technology careers page describes a 1-year Graduate Full-Time Program for people joining as full-time colleagues, covering technical skills training, networking and global learning sessions. It gives “July to November” as when to apply, with timelines varying by location, and lists the UK among the hiring locations. The same page describes an 18-month Software Engineering Apprenticeship in the UK, offered from September, with applications from October to February and 20% classroom training and 80% on-the-job learning.
