Accenture Programme Structure
Accenture’s graduate programme splits into four distinct tracks — Consulting, Strategy, Software Engineering and Operations — each recruited and assessed separately, so your track choice determines both your interview content (tech-trends discussion for Software Engineering, business-case focus for Consulting/Strategy) and your starting pay band.

Accenture UK graduate roles run across London (UK HQ, 30 Fenchurch Street), Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Leeds — many programmes recruit across several of these cities at once. (Source: Caseinterview, Accenture Office Locations)
