This role involves engaging with customers, offering tailored product solutions, and ensuring operational excellence to support the Bridgestone mission of delivering superior tire and vehicle services.Duties and Work Process
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering solutions tailored to customer needs.- Recommend Bridgestone products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle sales transactions, including pricing, billing, and payment processing.
- Perform vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and communicate findings to customers.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and product displays to maintain a well-organized store environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.- Strong problem-solving abilities to provide tailored product and service recommendations.
- Sales acumen with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Basic technical knowledge of tires, vehicle maintenance, and repair services (training provided).
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and general computer applications.
Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.- Experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.- Additional technical or sales certifications are advantageous.
