This position plays a key role in providing a seamless and positive experience for customers seeking automotive products and services.Duties and Work Process
- Greet customers and assess their automotive needs with a friendly, professional approach.- Provide in-depth knowledge of Bridgestone products, including tires, automotive accessories, and related services.
- Offer tailored recommendations to match customer needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in managing inventory, including stock replenishment and regular audits.
- Collaborate with the service team to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
- Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to boost store sales.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Work Experience Requirements
