Operating Technician (Production – Warren)

Job Description

As an Operating Technician, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment at the Warren Plant, the flagship facility for truck and bus radial tire production. Utilizing advanced tire manufacturing technology, you will contribute to producing world-class products while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.

Duties and Work Process

- Operate and maintain production machinery in a challenging manufacturing environment.
- Adhere to the plant’s vision: Safety First; Quality Always.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.
- Work assigned 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM). Shift preference is determined by seniority.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to follow all safety and quality guidelines.

Work Experience Requirements

- At least one year of relevant work experience preferred.
- Candidates must successfully complete all steps of the BATO-Warren hiring process.
