Bridgestone Americas is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Area Manager to oversee the operational performance, sales strategies, and customer relationships within a designated geographic area. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed area revenue targets.- Supervise and support dealership networks, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and train teams to enhance performance and achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal product availability across locations.
- Address customer concerns and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Regularly report on area performance metrics to senior management.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years in sales or operational management, preferably within the automotive or tire industry.- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in dealership operations or retail management is a strong advantage.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
