Job Description
Bridgestone Americas is seeking an HRIS Systems Analyst to administer, configure, and maintain the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role supports various HR functions, including talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, and analytics.
Duties and Work Process
- Act as a liaison between HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and other departments on HR system matters.
- Analyze, document, and validate business requirements for the Workday HCM system.
- Configure, test, and support integrations between Workday and 3rd-party/custom solutions.
- Develop and run complex reports and dashboards using advanced Workday tools.
- Perform data integrity audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Execute system testing for updates, upgrades, and organizational changes.
- Manage system integration testing, troubleshooting, and vendor interactions.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes impacting HR systems.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, including integration, custom reporting, and data management.
- Proficiency in tools like Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and advanced Workday reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HRIS role.
- Experience in implementing and supporting HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Background in HR or compensation is a plus.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
