Flight Ops Learning – Media Production Support

Job Description

Delta Air Lines is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Flight Operations Learning team as a Media Production Support Co-Op for Summer 2025. This role focuses on supporting media production efforts for training and learning programs, enabling pilots and flight operations staff to maintain operational excellence.

Duties and Work Process

- Collaborate with the Flight Ops Learning team to produce high-quality media content, including videos, graphics, and interactive training materials.
- Assist in planning, storyboarding, and scripting media projects for pilot training programs.
- Operate audio-visual equipment, including cameras, microphones, and editing software, to produce professional-grade media content.
- Manage post-production tasks such as video editing, sound mixing, and visual effects integration.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure media meets Delta's brand and training standards.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to create content that aligns with instructional goals and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a library of media assets and ensure content is organized and accessible for team use.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in media production and eLearning tools to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in media production tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent software.
- Strong technical skills in video editing, motion graphics, and audio production.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and attention to detail in producing engaging and professional content.

Work Experience Requirements

- Experience with media production or similar roles, including internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
- Familiarity with instructional design or eLearning content creation is a plus.

Education Requirements

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA is required.
