L’Oréal Graduate Scheme
The L’Oréal Graduate Scheme is anchored by the Management Trainee Programme — 18 months split into three 6-month rotations across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or Commercial, built around L’Oréal’s “Freedom to Go Beyond” philosophy: different mentors, different business areas, and real ownership from early on. If you don’t have a degree, the Apprenticeship route covers the same core functions over 18 months (NVQ) or 3 years (degree route), with L’Oréal paying for your education throughout.
Salary & Eligibility
Management Trainee Programme: £30,000 per year. You need to have graduated within the last two years, or be in your final year now.
