The opportunity
Herbert Smith Freehills wanted to put their brand in front of students and graduates with an interest in law and provide a better understanding of the career opportunities within the company.
On behalf of Herbert Smith Freehills, Debut hosted an event for 85 Debut users with presentations by the company, a debate where students were split into groups to discuss chosen topics and networking opportunities.
A successful event
The 85 attendees were either studying law or had an interest in law and were on track for obtaining a first or 2:1 in their subject area. The event attracted a diverse talent pool from 37 different universities, where 55% were from a diversity background, 48% were female and 25% were the first in their family to attend university.
