I can only describe based on my personal experience of 3 decades. My first job as a Structural Analyst Engineer at a Boeing Company, Everett, US facility around 108,000.00 $ per annum plus there was a bonus with the AeSI Graduate Degree in Engineering.
I was working on the Structural design, development, and certification of the first series of Boeing 777–300ER,777–200LR, and 747–8,747 LCF new airplane programs, it was almost 3 decades back.
After 3 years in different Boeing US programs, I was paid 255,000.00$ per annum.
From February 2010 onwards I have been on 1.5 Million $W2 base pay along with Executive First Class travel benefits for the past 15 years now.
Everyone in the Aerospace field may have their own different experiences and the above should not be considered as standard salary as different organizations may have different ones.
