A quick and seamless application process to attract 300 finance applicants with one push notification

Three recognises the importance of a positive candidate experience and decided to exclusively use Debut to attract early talent to its finance graduate scheme.

As one of the first employers on the platform, Three offered a fully integrated mobile application process, meaning that candidates could apply in a matter of seconds – thus creating a seamless user experience.

Three sent a push notification with an invitation to apply to relevant candidates with a 2.1 and an interest in banking & finance. The job opportunity was live on Debut’s platform for 26 days and Three received 297 applications out of which two hires were made.
