We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.Initial skills

  • Demonstrating skills and working collaboratively with others
  • Experience at creating and contributing to a proactive and positive team environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • A logical problem-solver
  • Calm and pragmatic under pressure
  • Inclusive and collaborative
  • Team player with a positive and proactive approach
  • Confidence in using Macs (instead of PCs)
  • Fluent in English language

Eventual skills (6-12 months)

  • The ability to read and interpret a brief, effectively planning for it to be delivered with the right creatives
  • Experience of fast-paced corporate environment and ability to make editorial decisions under pressure
  • Experience briefing creative teams on deliverables
  • Solid knowledge of studio planning techniques and software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to a brief, budget and deadline
  • Comfortable handling print, digital and social briefs

Advantageous

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite
  • Digital File management
  • Encoding
  • French or Polish as a second language

Tasks initial

  • Studio upkeep and initial organisation (unit 27 & 2nd floor)
