The successful candidate will work closely with the Training and Development Manager to ensure that our comprehensive suite of courses and programmes are organized effectively, providing a high standard of employee experience and internal client service. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow into this new position, balancing completion of all learning as part of their apprenticeship with supporting a very busy learning and development agenda for London, Europe and IMEA. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work across several interesting training initiatives and projects, helping Brunswick colleagues develop across all levels and will offer exposure to colleagues across the firm at a regional level.

What youll do:

  • Support the Training and Development Manager with drafting the annual training plans for London, Europe and IMEA
  • Coordinate the running of training courses, whether in person or virtually, across London, Europe and IMEA. This will include booking trainers, and meetings rooms, ordering catering, setting up training rooms, sending joining instructions and communication, printing relevant training materials and working with internal and external providers
  • Working closely with the Training and Development Manager to successfully coordinate and deliver training sessions across London, Europe and IMEA annually, helping to ensure this runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Preparing and sending monthly training emails, setting up online registrations and communicating training information to the firm across the regions
  • Support with training registration queries, updating and managing bookings for all training courses across London, Europe and IMEA
  • Support with collecting and regularly reporting data of all training, learning and development activity in a timely manner
  • Maintaining data on training attendance across London, Europe and IMEA and preparing monthly training reports
  • Preparing and collecting training feedback and post-event evaluation surveys
  • Coordination and scheduling of all internal learning and developments session with senior leaders
  • Support with developing and managing relationships with all external training providers
  • Act as the first point of contact to manage all training, learning and development enquires, including from internal colleagues at senior levels and other stakeholders across the firm
  • Process all training-related invoices and maintain a record of the annual training budget, ensuring all related documents up to date
  • Support with the creation of all learning materials such as, slides, documents, guides etc and ensuring these are collated and saved in the appropriate place online
  • Helping support the roll out of any new training initiatives related to our people development strategy

  • An interest in Learning and Development and/or business administration
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, and willingness to learn
  • Organised, diligent and thorough in executing processes
  • Able to build strong relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Enthusiastic team player who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Once established in role, able to take initiative and drive forward key projects

Desired qualifications

A-C or equivalent in English and Maths.

Future prospects

After completion of the Apprenticeship a permanent position may be offered to the right candidate.

Future career progression and the ability to grow with the business.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training thats part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
