Working within our Technical Team, you will be coordinating utility designs, looking after gas, electric and water from initial design through to final connection.

The position is full time. You will be based from our regional office in Bristol. We offer the flexibility of hybrid working once you are fully trained.

We recruit for attitude and train for skills, this position is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to start their career who may not have experience in our industry.

The Position

Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service from initial design to final connection.
Coordinating: Coordinating water, gas, electricity and fibre designs in accordance with client and license requirements.
Technical Support: Becoming an integral part of clients' external consultant design team, proactive in providing advice and solutions as the site progresses.
The Person

A people Person with the ability to build excellent relationships with our customers and colleagues in sales and operations.
Great organisational skills with an eye for detail.
Positive can do' attitude enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop.
Effective communication skills both written (email, letter etc) and verbal (over the phone).
Utility and technical knowledge would be desirable but is not essential.
