The Advancement Office is responsible for building relationships that inspire alumni and other stakeholders to support Northumbria University through philanthropic giving. The team works with partners and supporters who have a shared ambition of making a positive and sustainable difference to the education, experience, and future aspirations of our students.
We are looking for a new team member to assist with the administration of student prizes and to take a supporting role in liaising with donors, academics and student recipients.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and self-driven with good communication skills. They will have a positive, flexible approach to team working and the ability to adapt to new skills.
To succeed in this role, you will enjoy communicating and have a professional, customer focused approach to your work. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and some experience of databases or record keeping would be beneficial. You will be highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines.
