Our Traineeship will give you 12 months of experience in our company that will help you to grow your knowledge of the world of work, gain work experience within a professional environment and improve your understanding of our industry

Moving from school / college is a unique experience! It is one we understand, and support. Our Traineeship will see you learn as you earn, giving you access to qualifications, a structured training programme and a network of new colleagues.

You may not have any work or industry experience. You don’t need it for this programme! Our focus is on finding those with the right attitude and values who are willing to learn. This programme is an excellent opportunity for school and college leavers to kick start their career in the industry.

What are the skills and characteristics that we look for?

 

This is a development programme for school / college leavers, so we don’t expect you to have lots of experience and understanding of the industry. We do expect candidates to have built some skills that can transfer to our industry:

  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others;
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness;
  • Highly motivated and driven;
  • Interests and experiences outside of your studies e.g. volunteering, sports, extracurricular activities;
  • Dedication to continual training and development (learning ability and application agility);
  • There are no minimum education requirement for this role – what counts is your passion, a can-do attitude and a curiosity to learn and be the best you can be.

 

What is the recruitment process?

 

The process will consist of four stages:

  • Application & CV: Submit your application early, as we will accept applications on a first come basis and close the vacancy once applications are full;
  • Online Assessment: candidates that progress to the next stage will be encouraged to complete an online assessment during July 2020 which can be completed on Android/iOS;
  • Telephone interview;
  • Virtual Assessment Centre: the final stage of our recruitment process will be an assessment center hosted virtually in August 2020
  • Successful candidates will join the programme in October 2020.
