About the employer Building better lives... together

Our focus at GreenSquareAccord is on building better lives. We have created GreenSquareAccord so that we can improve services to customers; invest more in local communities; extend our care and support services; and build more affordable homes. Everything we do is about people - whether thats providing a good quality, safe home or helping someone to live an independent life.

Accord and GreenSquare have chosen to merge because we share the same values and ambitions for expanding and enhancing locally-focused services to customers. This merger of equals has created a stronger and more resilient organisation thats more future-proof and ready to deal with future challenges. In time, we will use the extra resources resulting from the merger to expand and improve local delivery of services, across our larger operating area. So that, together, bigger really will mean better.

From 6 April 2021 we are starting to use our new name and logo on letters, badges and uniforms - and email addresses have changed. But you will still see the GreenSquare and Accord names and logos in some places over the months ahead as we start to bring services together. This includes the separate Accord and GreenSquare websites which remain in place for now while we build a new site designed to meet the needs of all GreenSquareAccord customers
