The purpose of the position is to learn the role of a Project Administrator, whilst providing key support to the Project Team in control & monitoring of contracts.

  • Project Accounting on Sage
  • Purchase order handling
  • Delivery note acquisition
  • Goods Control
  • Returns documentation
  • Delivery note generation
  • Logistics
  • Understanding shipping logistics
  • Learning shipping control (Export / Import)
  • Liaising with transport companies
  • Maintaining approved vendor data
  • Updating certificates and policies
  • Inputting new supplier data
  • Processing travel arrangement requests
  • Handling bookings
  • Raising relevant purchase orders
  • Liaising with the travel agent
  • Document control
  • Raising transmittals & processing documents
  • Recording & sharing of incoming documents
  • Liaising with client document controllers
  • Generating tracking reports
  • Scanning of documents / paperless filing
  • Project Planning
  • Assisting Project Managers with schedule planning & updates.
  • Other project administration tasks as and when necessary
