A. Provide a fast and efficient parts supply to both internal and external customers by correctly identifying and ordering parts. You will be helping colleagues pre-pick parts for workshop use and assisting in the control and location of stock by ensuring the correct receipt and storage of incoming and outgoing parts. More importantly, you will strive to ensure that every customer experiences the very best service possible whilst dealing with JCT600.

Q. What experience do you need?

A. A previous customer facing or retail role would be advantageous as well as a basic knowledge of motor vehicles.

Q. What training will you receive?

A. On the job training whilst building up an electronic portfolio to contribute towards your final qualification. We will ensure that throughout your career you have the opportunity to enhance your skills through continuous internal and external training programs including brand specific courses.

A. We require people who want to be the best, by having a strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach to working. A strong team player with good interpersonal skills to be able to build a good rapport with colleagues and customers alike. We like you to have drive, energy and the motivation to be successful. A passion for cars is also helpful!
