The Paid Media Executive Role is an exciting new opportunity to be part of our growing eCommerce Enhance team.

Youll be working alongside our Paid Media Manager assisting with a wide variety of digital marketing tasks from Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, Bing Ads, SEO, copywriting, email campaigns and digital production support. Were looking for someone who is good with numbers, analytical & data driven, has a creative flair and is able to get stuck in. You will primarily be working with our ecommerce clients, most of which are in the fashion, beauty and cosmetics industries.

You will also be working on our agencys digital and social presence, and help us keep up to date with the latest trends in digital tools.

Were ideally looking for a bit of a digital all-rounder, though we will provide training and support in digital areas you may need to upskill on. The most important thing is your ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn and be part of a passionate and skilled team.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Help create & monitor Search, Display & Shopping campaigns on Google & Bing and regularly analyse performance
  • Help create & monitor Paid Social campaigns and regularly analyse performance
  • Undertake website optimisation with a focus on SEO - titles, metas, alt text for product pages and other page improvements
  • Assist with Shopify / WordPress changes - such as product page changes
  • Assist with management and optimisation of Google Merchant Centre / Product Feeds
  • Assist with management and optimisation of Facebook Product Catalogues
  • Monitor, suggest and document improvements on Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics
  • Assist with client reporting
  • Assist with organic social posts and management
  • Research audiences & trends
  • Copywriting and content generation
  • Link building and link target research
  • Assisting with research for new business opportunities
  • Assist with ongoing G&V advertising, marketing and social media

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Previous experience working on digital marketing tasks - either agency, client-side or personal projects - desired but not essential
  • Ability to analyse key audience metrics, identify trends and interpret complex data-sets from a variety of sources
  • An understanding of Paid Media channels, audiences and targeting
  • Experience in or working knowledge of some of the following: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Advertising & Pinterest Ads - Were not looking for experts, just someone who knows what they are and how they work
  • Experience of working in a digital environment - be it agency or client-side. Desirable, not essential
  • Team working and collaboration
  • Google Drive / Microsoft Office skills - Spreadsheet experience/knowledge is a bonus
  • Able to write for a variety of audiences and formats across multiple platforms
  • Communication skills; verbal, written and proposal creation
  • Achieving results

Personal qualities

  • Enthusiastic, curious, proactive and self-motivated, hunger and willingness to learn, ready to ask questions and research
  • Up to date with the latest digital trends and know your way around Facebook, Instagram & Google
  • Ability to manage workload with several clients and projects on the go at once and can update and document tasks face to face and project management software
  • A great communicator who is able to present both internally and to clients
  • Commercial acumen and a talent for developing relationships and networking

Desired qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and maths)

The Estio Training programme gives young people the opportunity to get practical experience in the IT industry whilst still employed in a real paid job with no cost or debt.

Learners will receive technical training online. Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive continual coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who will be there to ensure that they get the most from their work experience.

This apprenticeship will give you a Level 3 Digital Marketer Standard with training in areas such as:

  • Functional skills, Maths L2 and English L2
  • Google Fundamentals/Analytics
  • Content Marketing
  • Principles of Coding
  • Marketing Principles
  • Digital Marketing Upskilling Toolbox

Some of these modules will include an option to take an examination in order to receive a professional certificate.
