Liaising with recruiting managers to ensure all recruitment paperwork is managed effectively.
Contacting prospective candidates to arrange interviews and communicate outcomes of interviews.
Contact new employees ensuring, references, PVG and right to work checks are carried out.
Completing general administration within the team as required to support where needed.

What qualifications or qualities are required?
You will have a head start in this vacancy if you have completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field, but this is not essential.
You will be required to be well organised with an ability to prioritise and manage your own work schedule, and deal with real time interruptions.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Good attention to detail.
Good competent level of IT skills will be required.
