You'll help shape the direction of our marketing campaigns. This means you'll have a hand in just about everything: from setting up campaigns at one end to making sense of the data at the other. You'll also dig into the world of InsurTech, unearth industry info, scrutinise our competitors and present your findings.

Prepare to work alongside our founders and see how a lean start-up is built. Get excited about being involved with every digital discipline - from marketing and analytics to data science, UI, UX and content design. And look forward to regular socials … because we're good at that side of things, too.

What you'll need

Top of the list should be initiative, self-motivation and a sense of accountability. You'll need to be comfortable working alone (though you're only ever a Slack away from the team) and with others. A commercial mindset is key, as is the ability to keep pace in a fast-moving start-up. Crucially, you'll want to learn as much as possible as thoroughly as you can.
