  • Welcoming visitors to the Academy and dealing with their enquiries

Desired qualifications

Grade C/4 or above in maths and English at GCSE or equivalent will exempt you from having to complete Functional Skills during your Apprenticeship.

No previous experience required, as frull training will be provided by Crosby and on the job.

Future prospects

Because of the range of jobs within education administration, promotion and career development is highly achievable. There are various opportunities to move into other related roles or to gain promotion to more senior levels within our institution and others. You may occasionally be able to apply for internal vacancies or move to a different department.

As you gain experience, youre likely to develop your own personal interests and you can certainly look to secure a permanent position within the Academy.

Things to consider

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training thats part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
