You will work both front and back of house areas, gaining a variety of skills within the hospitality sector. You will also work in the kitchen alongside the chef with hands on meal prep, food hygiene training and basic cookery skills. Front of house working alongside the brasserie team to prepare for service, greet customers, take orders and serve food and drinks.
We are seeking applicants with a positive attitude who are willing to work and are looking to learn and develop new skills.
An interest in food and cookery would be an advantage, as would any previous experience in similar environments but full training will be given.
