Human resources (people team): as a part of the people team, you will support in the management of all elements of the employee lifecycle-which can range from recruitment to learning & development and managing our performance review processes. If you are looking for a position that will give you a broad view into the world of HR and how that is translated in a creative/agency environment, this is the role for you. The role:
key responsibilities-recruitment and induction, provide recruitment support to the HR team and hiring managers as required, including direct sourcing, briefing recruitment agencies, arranging interviews and managing the recruitment tracker, monitor and manage the recruitment inbox, responding to applicants and forwarding on speculative CVs as appropriate,
set up and maintain electronic personnel files for all employees,
prepare induction materials for new starters, employee relations,
first point of contact for general HR and employee queries, escalating where necessary to the HR coordinator, manage and keep up-to-date the FutureBrand employee tracker to monitor starters, leavers, sickness, maternity, ER cases and visas, act as note taker in formal employee relations meetings and ensure that all personal files are kept up to date and accurate. Learning and development: support the co-ordination of the annual training plan for the agency and any other training initiatives and
support the HR team with the annual appraisal process, coordinating internal training sessions and being the first port of call for advice and queries from managers and employees. General: support the payroll process each month for the London office, ensuring that any changes are processed through payroll in a timely and accurate way via PeopleSoft, manage monthly payroll sign-offs with HR advisor and the payroll team, manage and coordinate the annual benefits renewal window, maintain and update all HR systems, ensuring data is accurate at all times, maintain our holiday booking system TeamSeer, ensure that absence is tracked and monitored and Ad hoc analysis as required.
Desired skills and experience: administrative experience is essential, HR work experience would be an advantage but not essential, good attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a range of day to day operational tasks, enthusiastic, proactive and can-do attitude, conscientious and self-motivated, able to work as part of a team to support others but also work autonomously, excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written, able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times and able to use excel, word and PowerPoint to a good standard.
