ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT

We will help the intern to improve their job prospects by equipping them with transferable skills, a good knowledge of how a successful commercial business operates and how high-performing professionals work together to achieve shared objectives.

We will provide a programme of training courses and materials to our interns across the six months and they will be encouraged to access these.

They will also gain an understanding of marketing agency processes that are commonplace in many other businesses.

Creative Access will provide a programme of support for our interns and training will take place across three compulsory sessions: an induction near the start of each placement, a check-in at the midpoint of each placement, and a transition session near the end of each placement. Each session will have a maximum of 20 participants. The support will be delivered online via Zoom.

In addition, our interns will be invited to monthly masterclasses, encouraged to keep in touch with other Kickstart new starters via buddy pairings, each of their induction cohorts and wider Kickstart placements. The Creative Access team are also on hand for ongoing advice, guidance and support.

Creative Access have an excellent track record of supporting individuals to flourish during placements and also using these opportunities to secure work and progress in the creative industries building on their placement.
