As an IT Apprentice your responsibilities will include:
Logging incoming tickets and issues, prioritising accordingly to minimise impact on the business and escalating where appropriate Delivering first line helpdesk and technical support to a variety of departments and colleagues Maintaining high standards of service by answering calls promptly and remaining courteous and professional at all times Covering the on-call service to ensure seamless service cover across the business (1 in 4 weeks after comprehensive training. We arent looking for the greatest programmers to write us new software, just good teamwork and a strong passion for IT. Youll need to be able to communicate with different levels and of course be committed to gaining your qualification
