Duties to include:
- Repairing and building PC's
- Cleaning internals of PCs
- Software Installations
- Updating laptop components
- Reporting any issues discovered through the ticketing system
- IT Troubleshooting
- Updating AV software
- Monitoring of stock levels
Personal Qualities :
- Hands-on working attitude
- Knowledge of PC builds
- Good understanding of all IT hardware
- Knowledge of PC software
- Basic skills with tools
- Understanding of all components within a PC
Future Prospects :
Potential to progress into a full-time positon or onto a level 4 programme after the apprenticeship.
