Roles & Responsibilities:
Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
+ 1st line support duties
+ Supporting users over call
+ Fixing and troubleshooting hardware issues
+ Building machines
+ Supporting customers with issues on site
Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Communicate Technology.
+ Mature and presentable
+ Excellent Communication Skills
+ Good Interpersonal skills
+ Someone who can drive is desired
+ Grade 4/C GCSE or Functional Skills Level 2 Maths
