Beam Suntory currently has the following position open in Springburn, Glasgow:

HR Assistant (Intern) - 12 months fixed term

Mission:

Provides customer service and direct support to address employees and managers issues/inquiries.

Provides transactional adminstration support specifically with time and attendance system (TMS) and Success Factors. Supports HR programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, relocation, employee relations and training.

Works in partnership with the HR Ops Team and HR Managers to deliver people priorities.

Responsibilities include:

Administering the TMS system to ensure that absence is correctly reported and tracked.

Administering and updating the Success Factors HR System.

Supporting with the the administration and coordination of recruitment.

Supporting general day to day HR related queries and escalating issues accordingly.

You will work in partnership with the Senior HR Manager, HR Manager and our HR Ops team to deliver transactional support in relation to the People priorities.

Desired Qualifications:

Successfully completed Post Graduate Diploma/MSc in Human Resource Management.

Good employment law knowledge.

CIPD accredited.

Proficiency with MS Office package. Excellent communications skills. First class problem solving skills.
