  • Administration of the employee lifecycle including the processing of new joiners and leavers, contractual changes and updating of information as required
  • Monitoring absences and informing managers and payroll where necessary and ensuring all paperwork is received and filed
  • Note taking at employee meetings including disciplinary and investigations
  • Responding appropriately to queries in the shared inbox
  • Liaising with other key parties such as payroll and department managers
  • Supporting the HR Managers & HR Director in the implementation of new projects, procedures and policies
  • Maintenance of various records and trackers and producing reports
  • Completion of reference checks for employees in key roles and any other relevant employment checks
  • IT Skills
