The aim of the post will be to raise attainment and support the learning of this group of students. The successful candidate will work with Pupil Premium students in Years 8 or 9.
There will be an opportunity to further develop your skills through working with disadvantaged students pastorally and in a variety of subjects. The role will require you to support students in lessons, facilitate some small group work, analyse student data and liaise with home to support these students. There may be occasions when you are asked to cover homework club due to staff absence for additional pay.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement of the role.
