We have an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic Graduate to work with our Business Intelligence team based in Surrey. Interacting with Strategic Leaders from major European companies, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and selling our market research and consultancy solutions.

This is a telephone and email based sales role, with the opportunity to travel (once permitted), across Europe approximately 5-10% of the time.

In the Sales Executive role, some of your duties will include:

+ Building strong working relationships with potential and existing customers

+ Achieving monthly and annual revenue targets for sales campaigns across our Business Intelligence products

+ Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service to clients across the portfolio

+ Regular reporting of sales performance against budget and pipeline via CRM

+ Maintain and update CRM with relevant new contacts, notes and demographics

+ Attainment of key activity metrics (call time, opportunity creation)

+ Responsibility for lead sourcing using internal and external data

+ Manage and broaden prospect lists and generate targeted lists that increase the probability of sales.

+ A minimum of 1 years telephone sales or telephone customer service experience

+ Ideally you will hold a Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a business related field, but this is not essential

+ The ability to manage, meet and exceed sales win goals

+ High levels of self-motivation

+ Execution of both a consultative and tenacious sales process

+ Highly effective communicator, face to face and on the phone

+ Ability to build rapport with customers and potential customers

+ Commercial awareness and business acumen

+ Able to grasp technical and strategic concepts quickly and accurately

+ Good organisational skills
