Role Purpose The Enterprise Risk and Compliance functions at Chetwood are a fundamental part of the three lines of defence risk management model. Colleagues within the teams provide advice and guidance to the business on all aspects of regulatory compliance and risk management as well as owning the framework through

which we communicate key information and enable well informed, timely decision making on risk and regulatory matters. The Risk Governance and Reporting Analyst will play a key role in enabling sound and timely communication and decision making. Responsibilities The responsibilities for this role will be wide ranging, including: Manage the scheduling of key activities in the enterprise risk and compliance teams to ensure that target dates for key activities are known and met including reviews of key documents such as policies and terms of reference Tracking of and reporting on outstanding actions across the business including audit actions, regulatory actions and compliance monitoring actions Own the day-to-day administration of the Banks risk management system, tracking key activities and ensuring that records are complete and accurate Produce timely and accurate reports and MI for key governance forums including the ExCo and Board Risk Committees. Liaise confidently with colleagues

across the organisation to enable these activities Support colleagues in the Enterprise Risk and Compliance teams with research and insight into issues, incidents and regulatory developments Skills and Experience This role does not require any specific experience in risk management or regulatory compliance, it requires an individual with an interest in those areas who is a confident and capable in analysing information from a range of sources and presenting findings clearly. The analyst will require sound attention to detail and the ability to organise and keep track of a (potentially large) number of activities at any time. The role presents an opportunity to learn about the range of activities across the team ideally with a view to progressing to more senior roles through a structured development programme.
