We have ambitious growth targets in place over the next 12 months, and beyond, and as such we are looking for high calibre individuals to join us across all our operating divisions. The Role You will play a key role in driving revenue within your defined market which will be developed using a highly consultative approach to business development and account management. You will be provided with existing accounts to manage whilst also developing your business development skills to acquire new clients. You will then be trained to manage recruitment processes from inception through to completion. Full ongoing training on all aspects of recruitment and sales will be provided by our experienced management team. The Person We are ideally looking
for graduates who have 1-3 years sales experience preferable in an outbound sales environment. It is equally important that you are motivated and career driven and excellent at building and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
