In May 2021, our client launched a new area of the business focusing on Development and Construction. Roles that we recruit for within this area include: Development Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Commercial Management, Building Surveying and Quantity Surveying. Primarily working for Developers, Property Companies, Client-Side organisations and Consultancies.
Early success is showing that we need to bolster our team and currently looking to find a consultant to join our business supporting our Director to grow and lead this division.
Working closely with our Director to:
+ Source and connect with suitable candidates for each instruction
+ Register candidates and learn from each candidate an understanding of the market
+ Update and input key information to our database relevant to each candidate
+ Maintain our database, ensuring it is up to date at all times
+ Generate personal NFI from candidate placements
+ Support our Director at client meetings, attending client meetings
+ In time start to take on own clients, and develop your own business and become a full 360 recruitment consultant
+ Gain a wider understanding of the different roles and clients we work with across the wider Madison Berkeley business
The successful candidate will have:
