On behalf of our manufacturing Coventry based client we are currently looking for a Graduate Quality Engineer to monitor and improve the quality of their operational processes and outputs. The Graduate Quality Engineer will learn: Collaborating with operations to develop and implement controls and improvements. Creating Control plans, procedures, & work instructions. Developing and implementing quality control systems. Developing and implementing quality standards. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with control plans & standard work instructions. Gauge & process validation. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues. Monitoring and analysing quality performance. The Graduate Quality Engineer will have: Degree educated in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering. Excellent

communication skills. Data Analysis Skills - Can use Excel, Manipulate Data. Power BI / Python Programming Software experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management skills
