We have an opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer (experienced or looking to start your career after university) to join our experienced Civil & Structural Engineering team in Gloucester.

Youll work alongside our structural engineers to deliver civil engineering on an exceptional portfolio of projects ranging in value from 1m to 50m.

Recent projects include:

  • Bristol Bears rugby training facility
  • UWE Faculty of Engineering and Design
  • UK Hydrographic Office
  • Keynsham Civic Centre
  • Aurora, Finzels Reach, Bristol (BREAM Outstanding)
  • McLaren and Mercedes F1 team projects

What will you be responsible for?

  • Scheme development.
  • Preliminary and detailed designs and project coordination.
  • Design and site meetings, site inspections and progress reporting.

What skills and attributes are we looking for?

  • A strong BEng/ MEng in Civil Engineering.
  • High motivation for this specific opportunity.
  • Self-motivated team player with exceptional people skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative while fully co-ordinating with line managers requirements.
  • Ideally some relevant post graduate industry experience, though this is not essential.
  • Knowledge of software tools e.g. AutoCAD, WinDES, PDS, Civil 3D, desirable but not essential.
  • Believes in our ethos.
