Peterson and Control Union currently have a vacancy for a Global Graduate Programme Coordinator within the Global Human Resource Function.
Reporting to the Head of Global HR and working alongside a team of highly experienced HR professionals. The Global Graduate Programme Coordinator will support the Head of Global HR in developing and delivering our Trainee/PATTS strategy for our organization as well as operationalizing global recruitment across the group.
The Global Graduate Programme coordinator will oversee the execution of the global Talent Acquisition Strategy, assessing training and development projects and their effectiveness for the global graduate trainees, developing and facilitating global graduate and their training priorities. The coordinator will provide leadership, mentorship and direction to the global graduate team during their time in the programme ensuring that welfare and other general requirements are catered for. You will also be responsible for the brand management of the graduate program, bridging the link between education and industry and championing the organisation as an employer of choice to both potential employees and external organisations and professional institutions
To be considered for this role the candidate must have experience or involvement in creating/executing global talent sourcing projects and delivering a corporate graduate/recruitment strategy. The programme coordinator will require someone who is delivery focused and has excellent communication/organisational skills and a track record in partnering internal stakeholders, external client groups and strengthening in house resourcing capabilities.
