Role Overview and Responsibilities: Located at the Bedlington site, this Apprenticeship role will assist the FSC Team with the Accounts Payable functions for one or more of TT Electronics sites including;

  • Reconciliation and processing of PO invoices
  • Seeking approval and processing of Non-PO invoices
  • Processing of employee expenses
  • Following-up on supplier queries
  • Supplier payments & employee expense payments

+ Preparing proposals and reports in ERP system

+ Uploading to online banking system

+ Send remittance advice to suppliers

+ Allocation of payments

+ Ensuring supplier payments are made on time

  • Maintaining supplier master data
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Month End Processes:

+ GRIR review and reconciliation

+ Blocked list review

+ Account reconciliations

+ Aged creditor reporting

+ Intercompany trade matching

+ Payables cashflow forecasting

  • Assisting with monthly KPI preparation
  • Maintaining historical records in line with TTs Internal Control Framework

Wed like to hear from candidates who have GCSEs in Maths and English language.

The candidate we are looking for will be adaptable, a good team player with drive, have good communication skills and a keen interest in accounting. Problem solving and attention to detail will be beneficial also.

No prior experience is neccessary and all training will be provided. NVQ in Business Admin will be provided and the learning is an integral aspect of the role.
