What will the apprentice be doing?

Assist team members with any administration tasks necessary

Manage the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable inboxes

Assist the team by raising any invoices as and when required

Prepare and send monthly statements

Assisting Head of Payroll in auditing expense claims, ensuring process has been followed

Assist the team with reporting and provide information on KPI as and when required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The selected course for this role is Level 2 Accounts & Finance with City College Norwich.

The apprenticeship will involve one afternoon a week in college during term time and workplace visits to guide and support your achievements.

This Apprenticeship is particularly suitable for someone who is looking to achieve a Level 2 Accounting Qualification and then follow workplace progression onto the Level 3 Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship Standard.
