Help international organisations improve how they pay tax while you progress towards becoming a tax advisor.

What is the EMEIA Tax Centre at EY?

We specialise in helping clients in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) to review and improve how they pay tax by looking at every element of their business.

What will you be doing?

  • Working across borders, assessing the strengths and weaknesses of FTSE 100 clients
  • Learning how to apply the tools and technology we use, within a Tax Technology Transformation team
  • Attending client meetings and supporting consultants

Are you eligible to apply?

If you have an honours degree (in any subject) by the time the programme starts, this is for you.

Duration: Two-year programme

Professional qualifications with Association of Tax Technicians (ATT)

Dependent on location, salaries start from £18,750 per year

How’s it structured?

Working within the EMEIA Tax Centre gives you a unique opportunity to build skills, networks and relationships across borders. All graduates on this programme become part of our Tax Technology Transformation team. We assess how people, processes and technology are managed in a business. Right for the word go, you’ll be in the thick of it as you learn to apply the right tech solutions for individual clients, review and re-design global tax control frameworks and even apply new reporting and audit tools.

Throughout the programme, you’ll have lots of training opportunities and support from your team while you also study for your tax technician qualification. By the time you complete the programme, you’ll have your own client portfolio and are likely to be ready for promotion to Senior Consultant.
