Recruitment Coordinator Apprenticeship London - 2021The Early Careers recruitment team at MMC is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator Apprentice to assist in all areas of the graduate, apprentice and internship recruitment process for our 2022 onwards placements.Reporting to the Early Careers Leader, UK&I, you will support two Early Careers Recruiters in overseeing the recruitment of circa 170 graduates, 170 apprentices, and 55 interns for our UK and Ireland positions.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the early careers recruitment field who wishes to become an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Consultant in the future. be responsible for:Supporting 2 Early Careers Recruiters based in LondonManaging the advertising of vacanciesLiaising with candidates regarding queries over phone and emailOrganising video/telephone interviews (both over the phone and via email)Assisting with the screening of a significantly high volume number of applications - reviewing applications and video interviewsCoordinating Assessment Centres (including preparing assessment centre packs, booking rooms, liaising with business representatives and providing facilitation support)Coordinating candidates and assessors at Assessment Centres - portraying an enthusiastic, positive demeanour throughout the day and being a main point of contact for allWelcoming candidates on site and presenting information to them - you will be comfortable with speaking to a group of candidates and business leadersManaging the Procurement Ordering and subsequent invoicing processCollating assessment centre and interview
