The Nestl Health Science business are recruiting for a Digital Executive to join their team. In this exciting role you will be responsible for the implementation of the local and regional NHSc e-business strategy by helping with the development of the local NHSc digital ecosystem, roll-out regional e-business strategy as well as execute local digital campaigns. You will work across business areas with Marketing, Sales and corporate teams whilst also contributing to the development of digital engagement strategies and creating attractive and rewarding brand experiences.

A day in the life of...

As a Digital Executive you will be responsible for:

  • The implementation of local digital ecosystem (assets and platforms) and campaigns that contributes to drive business whilst enhancing the company image of NHSc as changing the course.
  • Creating presonalised E-content materials for HCPswith the brand marketing teams to ensure 360 campaign alignment with dynamic call to actions
  • Managing the marketing automation journey planner
  • Supporting the Digital Manager on all omnichannel strategic initiatives designed to drive HCP engagement
  • Working with the Data Anaylst to track performance all digital activity and provide insights and recommendations/proposals to the brand teams of improvements
  • Ensuring social media plans are implemented in a consistent manner with the purpose and pursuits of the brands and leverage output from local social listening and analytics to develop best practices and recommendations to improve strategy
  • Working in partnership with external agencies and corporate Nestl teams to ensure all communications and campaigns enhances brands images.
  • Promoting digital knowledge and mindset across the business to estimulate a local digital transformation

What will make you successful

The successful candidate will bring with them prior experience in general digital marketing as well be experienced in marketing automation and omnichannel strategies. They will have been involved in managing websites, social channels as well as Social Listening & Analytics (Social Studio, Google Trends, Google Analytics). They will be a team player with strong stakeholdering, communication and coordination skills.
