This role is within the marketing team which are a business to business company and is based in Ringwood the main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage our CRM system, ensuring information is up to date
  • Work with the sales team through the sales process
  • Write blog posts and magazine editorials
  • Attend trade shows and events
  • Organise and co-ordinate corporate events
  • Manage social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Perform regular email marketing
  • Work with designers to cover our branding and advertising
  • Ensure marketing processes match the ISO compliance procedures
  • Manage SEO of the group websites
  • Engage with potential customers and nurture customer relationships
  • Networking
  • Some basic website editing

Reporting to Managing Director but also taking instruction from the Technical Director.

  • Good IT skills and knowledge
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of using social media
  • Strong customer service
  • Confident telephone manner and interaction with people
  • Ability to take information, listen to instructions and ask questions
  • Ability to take on a task and see it through from start to finish
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Good standard of written English including spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team as well as on your own initiative

  • Online courses/Workshops completed in own time advantage and sets you above others - shows initiative - However, not essential

  • Full driving licence and own transport desirable but not essential
